Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and development of our next-generation cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-availability distributed systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and set engineering standards for code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Drive technical vision and roadmaps for major system components.
- Collaborate with Product and Accounting teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Go, Rust, or C++ and strong fundamental knowledge of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing and operating large-scale services in a major cloud environment (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
